Dear Diary,

Today is the day I am leaving to go to South Africa.  I am so excited and I am curious about the days to come. What’s going to happen? What will we do? Those questions go through my brain while I wait for the taxi to come. It will bring me to the train station where I will see Michael Scholl, Solange Mbanefo, Elena Picci, Hugo Manzini and Emilio Valentino, the people who are coming with me to the trip.

I can hear the taxi coming into my street diary!  I hope that this trip is all that I hoped for. Wish me luck!

Right now we are sitting in the train, going towards Zürich airport. We have been sitting in this train for over 2 hours and I have already finished ¼ of my book. I guess I should go back to the beginning when we all met in the train station. Of course, I was the one that arrived first. I have a tendency in being or too early or to late. I prefer to stick to the first though. The next one to arrive was Michael, and not long after Emilio, who I had never met, with his girlfriend. After the presentations we started talking excitedly about the amazing time we were going to have.  After a while Hugo arrived with his parents and then Elena. We waited for a long time though, before Solange came, because if there is something that Solange isn’t good at, it would be being on time. We said goodbye to the family members that came to see us off and we stepped on to the train.

The train ride has been slow and boring and we are all getting quite hungry so I hope that we almost get there. That’s all Diary for now.
